You can activate one kennel profile on the account if your service plan is Gold or Platinum. The system offers you automatically a kennel profile variability according to dogs records, found on your account.
Click "Publish kennel profile" to activate, after this any site visitor can see it. Your kennel will be automatically linked in the section "Kennels" and will appear in first lines about the breed.
The principle of selection dogs into a profile
The database allows that any dog added to your account can have its own unique ownership contact ID. The purpose for this is to allow account holders to list dogs on their accounts that have different owners and/or from different kennels. This ownership ID can be changed at any stage. You must use one Contact for dogs of the same owner to avoid mistakes and incorrect displaying by the system.
A kennel profile is created by the system automatically according to dogs records found on your account: a kennel profile gets the same ID as the owner's contact in the dog's section. This way a profile collects those dogs which contact IDs coincides with the kennel ID.
Change Contact in dog's record if you can't find this dog in the kennel profile: Cabinet - My Dogs - Dog - Contact (select wich you need and press "Use selected contact") You can delete released contacts not to get confused in the future
If a dog belongs to your kennel but stays on a different account, contact Admin with a request to move it onto your account through the ticket system (button "Help").
Profile sections
Please pay special attention to correct spelling of kennel suffixes and prefixes in dog names because the system selects some data according to these parameters. For the system that "thinks" with absolute categories, names Das-Ist-Fantastish, Das Ist Fantastish or Das Ist Fantasish`s are different kennels!!! We have too many names in the database with different spelling, let's bring them to one standard.
Dog under co-ownership
EXAMPLE
You have 11 dogs on the account:
10 dogs, owner John Smith, kennel field "From John's House", each dog has Contact ID 1111
1 dog, owner John Smith & Paul Brown, kennel field "From John's House", Contact ID 2222
In the main section of a kennel profile with ID 1111 will be shown 10 dogs. In the section "In co-ownership" will be shown 1 dog. If to make converse and publish a kennel profile with ID 2222, then there will be 1 dog in the main section and 10 in co-ownership
In case if Paul Brown is also an owner of his kennel, we consider it right to point that kennel name where the dog physically lives.

is complete. Option to create a kennel profile already works for Gold and Platinum plans. When we add the Silver plan in the package, the price of the Gold plan will be increased but all current
Gold plans will stay until the moment when their time expires. This way if you paid for the Gold plan for two years, you will use its features for the previous price. Aproximately work will continue until May, 10; maybe a bit longer.
