How can I send a message?
In order to send a message you need to fill out all of the fields: subject, message and sender and then simply hit 'Send'
Why does not Dogterminal openly provide email addresses?
Dogterminal respects the privacy of its' users and their right to keep the information confidential and secure. High activity of dishonerable speculators in collecting email addresses from web pages for later use in sending spam messages has compelled us to provide maximum protection for the personal information trusted to us.
When will the addressee receive my message?
Depending on the type of the account and its' settings specified by the addressee, the addressee will immediately receive an email notification either including the whole message text or only the indication of the message for him on the server. In any case the addresse will be notified about your message the next time he checks his email.
How can I attach a file?
Currently the option of attaching fiels to the message is not supported.
Can I specify my email address in a message?
You can freely include your email address in the message for the further direct contact with the addresse.
What should I do if I did not get a reply?
If you did not get a reply, we recommened sending the message again. If even in this case the addresse does not reply we recommend contacting him by phone (if specified) or by regular mail (if the mailing address is provided).
